The brand: After formative experiences at several fashion houses that took him between Paris, Milan, and New York, designer Alexandre Mattiussi decided in 2011 to launch his own brand: AMI.
Created in Paris, Ami offers lines for women and men. The designer was inspired by the city of Paris to create his pieces, hence the emblem that can be found on the brand's signature garments with the A of AMI which is reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower accompanied by a heart.
In just a few years, AMI has managed to secure an important place in the high-end ready-to-wear industry; today, it has become an essential brand. With classy and clean collections, AMI gets back to basics with its various pieces that are both chic and casual.
In 2013, AMI won the ANDAM prize. The brand regularly collaborates with other labels such as Frenchtrotters or Moncler.
