The brand: After formative experiences at several fashion houses, leading him to travel between Paris, Milan and New York, the designer Alexandre Mattiussi decided in 2011 to launch his own brand: AMI.
Created in Paris, Ami offers ranges for women and men. The designer was inspired by the city of Paris to create his pieces, hence the emblem found on the brand's flagship garments with the A of AMI which evokes the Eiffel Tower, accompanied by a heart.
In just a few years, AMI has managed to secure a significant place in the high-end ready-to-wear scene, and today it has become an essential brand. With classy and minimalist collections, AMI gets back to basics with its various pieces that are both chic and casual.
In 2013, AMI won the ANDAM prize. The brand regularly works in collaboration with other labels such as Frenchtrotters or Moncler.
